Intensive 24Hr Support

Many elderly people are needlessly forced into selling their homes to enter residential or nursing home care because of a perception that the level of care they require cannot be provided in the home, or that it would be prohibitively expensive to do so.
This is simply not true.
Over the years we have enabled many people to manage their complex healthcare conditions within their own, familiar homes. By providing frequent visits from trained professional staff who can provide appropriate support, combined with sophisticated telecommunication systems that enable help to be summoned 24 hours per day, people can continue to live at home, maintaining their dignity and independence. This combination enables 24 hour support to be provided, if required, without the need for someone to be in attendance for the full 24 hours.
Correct support in the home also means that people who have worked long and hard to provide an inheritance for their families in the form of the family home, do not have to see this vanish within a few years by paying care home fees.
The ISS model of care means working with the individual to construct a holistic individual support plan relating to every aspect of their well being, covering not only physiological but also psychological well being. Our ISS Nurse will visit the individual and their family and mutually agree clear goals, and then monitor the individual support service (ISS) plan to help the service user achieve the lifestyle they want.
All ISS service users participate in the Silver Circle forum, feeding back their ideas and comments to the directors of the company to ensure that the company is developed in line with the needs of its service users.
